Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia (excluding WA and NT).

Reduced Shipping for Orders Under $250

  • For orders below $250, we cover 50% of the shipping cost to make it more affordable for you.
  • The reduced shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, size, and weight of your order.

Western Australia and Northern Territory

  • Due to cross-country logistics, the free shipping threshold doesn't apply to WA and NT.
  • We still cover 50% of shipping costs on all orders to these regions.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

Multiple Item Orders

  • For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped in separate packages for optimal handling.
  • Each package will be marked with its sequence number (e.g., "1 of 2") on the shipping label.
  • Packages may arrive on different days, though we aim for delivery on the same day or as close together as possible.
  • You'll receive tracking information for each package in your order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary by location:
    • Metro areas: Typically 2-5 business days
    • Country and remote areas: Typically 3-8 business days
    • WA and NT: Typically 5-10 business days
  • Tracking information provided once your order is dispatched
  • All orders are shipped via Sendle

    Returns

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must unused and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    For Rucking Backpacks:

    • Must be unused and in original packaging/condition
    • Refund to original payment method
    • Return shipping is free within metropolitan areas
    • For returns from remote locations, customers may be responsible for a portion of the return shipping cost

    For Rucking Weights:

    • Must be unused and in original packaging/condition
    • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
    • Refund to original payment method

    Return Process

    • Contact us at hello@ruckaway.com with your order number and reason for return
    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos clearly showing the issue
    • We'll provide return instructions or work with you on a resolution
    • Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted

    Damages and Issues

    We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our team will review the issue and work with you to find the appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Warranty

    All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us at hello@ruckaway.com with photos of the problem and your order number.

    Important Notes:

    • For orders that originally qualified for free shipping (over $250), a shipping fee may be deducted if the return brings the order total below $250
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@ruckaway.com

      Discounts

      Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers.
